Educational Visits Assistant

How it works:

If a teacher wants to organise an educational visit, they can fill in the details of the visit to an online Google Form. When they click submit, the system will do a number of things including: generate a risk assessment as a Google Doc, generate a letter for parents as a Google Doc (including a generated Google Form for parent permissions or volunteers if relevant), generate a lunch request for the kitchen staff, store all these documents in a new Google Drive folder, email the links to these documents to all the relevant staff and create a Google calendar event with all the links as part of the event’s description.
