WELCOME to Señorita Pereira’s Spanish 1A Class!

Dear Parent(s) or Guardian(s),

  My name is Ms. Tatiana Pereira, and I am excited to begin the 2025–2026 school year with you. I believe that strong communication among parents and students is essential to creating a positive learning environment. Students play an important role in their own success by staying engaged—taking notes, listening actively, participating in class, completing assignments on time, and asking for help when needed. Learning a new language takes practice and dedication, especially in speaking the target language. My goal is to help students not only communicate confidently with their peers and others in daily life, but also to discover the joy of learning Spanish and exploring another culture.

Bring the following items everyday for class: 

• School issued iPad fully charged

• A 3 ring binder for handouts and loose leaf paper for note taking (if you prefer to type your notes, be sure to use a digital notebook)

• Pencils, Pens, erasers

• Folder
