Course Description

This credit-by-examination course is designed by the Rutgers University School of Healthcare Professions. It is designed to provide students with an understanding of healthcare services and delivery, the roles and responsibilities of each healthcare team member, the tools and communication strategies that optimize good clinical practice, healthcare insurance models, as well as the ethics and legalities in healthcare. Students should leave this course with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the United States healthcare system.
