Apparel & Branding Guidelines

New Providence High School is making a dedicated effort to unify its brand's visual identity. Our goal is to ensure consistency in school colors and logos across all apparel, print, and electronic communications. This approach aims to create a cohesive visual identity by integrating curricular, co-curricular, and athletic programs, all while preserving the essence of Pioneer Pride.

Please follow these guidelines to ensure all apparel and items meet school standards and uphold the integrity of our school symbols, whether it be the block NP logo, the Pioneer logo, or the Pioneer seal.

Previously, some vendors have used outdated or unapproved logos on apparel. To maintain the integrity of the New Providence Pioneer brand, we have provided the approved logos for your use. Click on the images below to access a folder containing all the different approved logo image files.

When changing the size of the approved logos, please be sure to keep the same proportions.

Please refer to the checklist below before submitting your request for approval.

• Submit a fundraising/clothing request form from the website at least three weeks in advance of the fundraising event: Fundraising and/or Merchandise Approval Request Form 

• Attach a color draft design of all clothing from the vendor and any proposed letters regarding fundraising.

• Ensure that you have the official school logo, mascot, and colors (all info above).

• Do not place orders or make arrangements before receiving a copy of the approved form with appropriate signatures.

• Please refer to the school's BOE policy (9700) regarding Special Interest Groups for additional information.
