Las reglas: Rules

All of my classes were given these rules at the beginning of the school year. My students are expected to follow these seven rules every day – occasional slip-ups happen, but repeated disregard of any one of these rules will result in consequences.

1. Follow directions the first time they are given.

This one is self-explanatory.

2. Speak in Spanish whenever possible!

Puedes hacer todo lo que quieras hacer si te esfuerzas y te enfocas.

3. Keep your hands to yourself and speak positively.

This includes speaking positively of yourself!

4. Be prepared to learn every day.

This means mentally and physically.

5. Use technology appropriately and respectfully.

This means no cellphones unless you have a legitimate, documented reason to have it on you. Also, use apps that I approve of you using, and only when instructed to do so.

6. Raise your hand and wait until you're called upon to speak.

Don't call out or speak out of turn! Be respectful of your fellow classmates, of me, and of yourself.

7. Be on time!!!
