Dear Parents:

Welcome to French à la maison! We are excited to be launching this website in the hopes that it provides information and support for FSL learners of all ages and aptitudes. This resource is a fun way to engage and support your child in their FSL learning journey.

One of the most common statements made by parents of FSL learners is “I don’t speak French so I can’t help!”. Your continued encouragement of the language is already helping them to realize the importance of learning French. Your positive attitude toward French language learning has a direct impact on your child’s outlook.

French à la maison is meant to support and extend the learning that is already happening in your child’s classroom. This is a chance for your child to have additional interactive and engaging French opportunities.

Additionally, we want to ensure that as a parent you are engaged and informed. Attached below are some links to some parental organizations.
