FALL REGISTRATION WILL OPEN JULY 1 - AUGUST 14TH. 

HS Football begins 8/16

All other HS Sports begin 8/19

MS Sports begin the first day of school 8/27

How to Register 

• If you have previously registered on FamilyID, choose the name of the participant and all of your information will automatically fill in.

• If this is your first time registering on FamilyID:

• Completely fill out registration information

• Please upload a copy of the most recent physical (picture or attachment), as we try to make our records electronic (valid within the last 13 months). 

Physicals 

•  Good for 13 months in Massachusetts. For those in need of a last minute physical, you can visit your nearest ConvenientMD location in Massachusetts (Bellingham) 8am-8pm, 7 days a week. The physical is just $50 and there are no appointments needed. Here is the link - Youth Physicals

• We encourage payment to be done online, using the Unibank (unipay) link. Please make sure to click on "Athletic Fees" when paying through the district website.

Sports Fee Payment Guidelines

• Payment (in full or start of a plan) must be done prior to the first game. Athletes will not be allowed to participate in games if payment has not been received.   

• Families can wait until after tryouts are complete to ensure their child has made the team but the fees must then be paid in full prior to the first game.

$50 = Third Sport 

**For Middle School Families: If your student plans to play a sport not offered at the Middle School Level (only High School), the fee is $225 - otherwise the fee is $150 (ex: 8th Grader plays JV Soccer).

Payment Information

• If payment is made by check or cash, they must be brought to the High School Front Office.  Checks can be made out to Northbridge Public Schools
