Have you entered our preschool lottery? Please enter the lottery before registering for preschool.
February 28, 2026: Deadline for lottery applications. Registration paperwork is not completed until after you receive your acceptance letter.
Mid-March: Parents notified by letter of acceptance status. These letters will include whether students have been accepted to the program and which session they are eligible to attend.
April 8, 2026--Preschool Registration 8:45-2:30 at Northbridge Elementary School (if accepted into the program)
Special education students who receive services at our preschool will need to fill out all required paperwork in order to attend any walk in services or preschool programs.

Preschool Registration Checklist
Elementary Enrollment Age Requirements:
Prek 4 yr old program: Your child must be 4 years of age on or before
September 1.
Prek 3 yr old program: Your child must be 3 years of age on or before
September 1.
Documentation Needed For Grades Pk - 12:
Legal Birth Certificate - must have the raised seal.
The “Record of Birth” from the hospital is not a legal birth certificate.
Last Annual Physical with Immunizations.
Proof Of Residency and completed Proof of Residency Packet
Home Language Survey
Legal Proof of Guardianship or Custodial Paperwork - this documentation must
be provided if you fall into one of the categories below:
➢ If you are not listed as the mother/father on the student's birth certificate.
➢ If you are not the mother/father, but have physical custody of the student.
➢ If either the mother or father have joint legal custody with physical custody
going to either mother or father.
➢ If either the mother or father have sole custody.
Prek Only: $50.00 Registration Fee (if not on a preschool placement IEP)
