Tutorial Module Videos

Below you will find a series of short videos that will introduce you to the core functionality of the Analytics & Insights platform. By the end, you should be able to navigate the platform, filter data, drill down to student lists, view a Student Profile, and create custom groups.

Module 1

Here you will learn how to access dashboards, use the "hover to discover" tool, and click through to view student lists.

Module 2

Here you will learn how to filter data, save filtered searches to "Favorites", and share those Favorites with others.

***A follow-up note on this video: When sending a link to a dashboard via "Copy Link", remind the recipient to sign in to PS first before clicking the link, or else they may receive an error.

Module 3

Here you will learn how export data from a visualization or list and how to create and manage custom groups.
