I'm the Behavior Specialist here at Blair Middle School. I specialize in supporting individual students with behavioral concerns that harm learning or social learning.

What do i do for Blair?

A behavioral specialist is the individual responsible for assessing students with behavior issues, collecting data on the students, working with teachers, counselors and school psychologists to devise a behavior plan for the student and evaluating the effectiveness of the plan.

Fall is my favorite season. It represents removing the old, reflecting, preparing, and developing a mind for change.
