The Attendance Dashboard is designed for school leadership and attendance supports to see district and school attendance patterns and to identify groups of students by academic, demographic, and attendance characteristics. The data is updated each evening at 6pm, meaning that attendance rates are accurate, according to PowerSchool, as of the previous day.
Updated after each testing window, the Interactive Interim Report includes diagnostic results from the beginning of the school year, results from the Interim exams administered thus far, as well as NJSLA scores from the previous school year. The report allows users to explore trends by subject, test, and grade. Testing history for students, based on user-defined criteria can be generated for use by other school staff.
The Student Profile tool is designed with teachers in mind. The data updates nightly or as assessment data becomes available. Users can select a student and see all their enrollment information, live grades, assessments, attendance, and discipline summary all in one place. As many years and data points as possible were included to provide a one-stop quick-reference for student achievement.
The Cohort Graduation Tracker is designed for school leadership and counseling staff to identify students who are not on track to graduate and identify the content areas in which they need to focus to meet graduation requirements. Including GPA, Credits, and Requirement information accurate to the last marking period, the Cohort Graduation Tracker presents both school-wide patterns of graduation readiness as well as student level graduation profiles.
Updated after final NJSLA results are received from the State each summer, the State Assessment Tracker presents the students who moved from one performance level to another over the past 2 years of test administration. At the school level, groups of students can be identified based on their most recent NJSLA performance, historical performance, or level of growth. This analysis frames testing success as moving towards proficiency over time and can be used by administrators to parse and explore their NJSLA progress throughout the year.
