With over 300,000 members nationally, TSA hosts 35+ middle school events and 40 high school events that range from a variety of subjects. There's an event for everyone!

Our story
Our story
Mrs. Diana Rickert brought TSA to Pennbrook in 2022. The initial team consisted of only 6 team members who competed in the Regional, State, and National Confererences. At the Regional Conference, PB-TSA placed 1st in Mechanical Engineering, 1st in Inventions and Innovations, and 4th in Off the Grid. Then at the State Conference, PB-TSA placed 2nd in Essays on Technology and 4th in Off the Grid. Furthermore, PB-TSA also attended the National Conference and placed 5th in Off the Grid and 8th in Essays on Technology. Mrs. Rickert was also awarded the PA TSA Middle School Advisor of the Year!

In our second year, PB TSA more than doubled in members. With teamwork, curiosity, and diligence, PB TSA attended the Regional Conference and placed 1st in Problem Solving, Structural Engineering, and Essays on Technology; 2nd in Career Prep, Coding, and Leadership Strategies; 3rd in Website Design and Inventions and Innovations; and many more.
At the PA State Conference, PB TSA was awarded 14 top ten finalists out of their 22 events! The team placed 1st in Promotional Marketing, 3rd in Website Design, 4th in Off the Grid and Prepared Speech, 6th in Data Science and Analytics, Problem Solving, and Essays on Technology, and the list goes on.
After qualifying for the TSA National Conference in Orlando, FL, three members of the chapter competed and placed 1st in Off the Grid and 3rd in Biotechnology. The second year of PB TSA could not have been successful without their dedicated advisor Mrs. Rickert! With hard work and diligence, the chapter finished the year strong with a bright outlook for years to come!

Anyone can join! If you're curious or interested at all in technology and its impact, this is for you!
You do NOT need to attend all conferences.
Meetings are flexible. If you cannot attend a meeting, your teammates can continue working on the project.
