About Me

     This is my 18th year teaching Elementary Band in the North Penn School District- I spent six years at Hatfield and Oak Park Elementary Schools before coming to Gwynedd Square and Inglewood in 2012.  I've also had the honor of being on staff with the North Penn Marching Knights in 2007, 2008, 2021, and 2022.   Prior to North Penn, I taught high school band in Baltimore County, Maryland. I graduated from Temple University in 2003 with my Bachelor’s Degree in Music and I pursued my Master’s Degree in Education from Cabrini College, which I completed in 2014. I am originally from Bucks County, PA, and I reside in Lansdale with my husband, Jeff, our 5 children (Madeline, Jakob, Daniel, Cameron, and Brennan) and our dog, Fletch.

     This year I am extremely excited to once again spend some time at the middle school and high school levels and many former students as a director of the North Penn Middle School Wind Ensemble.  I’m looking forward to bridging the gap between the elementary and secondary levels with the amazingly talented students and instrumental teachers!
