Students in grades 5th and 6th are eligible to participate. Each student reads between 7 - 12 books between October and April in preparation of the event. During the event, students will answer questions about the books that they read and score points for correct answers. Teams work to accumulate points to earn blue, red, green or yellow ribbons. Attendance is important, so that teams are prepared for the event held in the spring.

If your child would like to participate in the Reading Olympics, but was not able to attend the first meeting, please fill out this contract and return it on or before our next meeting.
Our December and January meetings will be held in the library at 8:15 on the following dates:
December 18th
January 22nd
January 29th
