Northwest Outreach and Wellness (NOW) Foundation is dedicated to strengthening the Mid-South community by breaking down barriers to employment and empowering local professionals with life-saving mental health tools. By bridging the gap between workforce opportunity and mental health awareness, we create a safer, more resilient, and productive community. Through our partnership with Mississippi Department of Mental Health, we equip individuals, employers and organizations with nationally recognized Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA): Training community stakeholders to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health crises or substance use challenges.
