Application Process

Step 1: Candidate Hub

Submit your application by the deadline, through our Candidate Hub. You'll need to upload your CV and complete a written self-assessment, which includes both quantitative and qualitative questions regarding your suitability for the position. Be sure to provide evidence that can be checked in your CV and online profile, and include up-to-date contact details for your references. Please have your relevant CV in PDF format, references, and your availability for interviews ready before entering the hub. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Go to Candidate Hub

Step 2: Asynchronous Video Interview & Reference Checks

Once you've completed your application, you will receive an invitation to participate in an asynchronous video interview via XInterview. Read more about this in the FAQ. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your motivation, vision, and leadership approach. Please take time to familiarise yourself with the approach and come prepared. Incomplete applications may not be considered for the next stage.

Once completed, Novya's recruiters may contact your references to verify the information you provided. Please inform your references to expect this outreach.

Step 3: Live Online Interviews

Long-listed candidates will be invited to a live online interview with a Novya recruiter. Keep an eye out for your invitation!

Short-listed candidates will participate in an interview with the FEDIAF panel and may have the opportunity to connect with the Secretariat team for a temperature check. Please note that contacting any FEDIAF executive committee, board, or secretariat members with the intention to influence this process before completion may result in disqualification.

Final candidates will be invited to Brussels for a mini strategy session and discussion of contract terms.
