Anote8 does not collect, transmit, or share any of your personal data. Everything stays on your device.
Information We Collect
We collect no information whatsoever. The App does not connect to the internet, send data to any server, use analytics, use advertising, or share data with any third parties.
Data Stored on Your Device
All notes, account credentials and settings are stored exclusively on your device. This data is never uploaded anywhere and is never accessible to us or any third party.
Microphone Permission
The App requests microphone access solely for the optional voice-to-text feature. Audio is processed on your device using built-in speech recognition. No audio is stored or transmitted by the App.
Account Information
Your name, email and password are stored locally on your device only. We have no access to this information.
Data Deletion
You control all your data. Delete individual notes within the App, or uninstall the App to permanently delete everything. Use the Export feature on the Dashboard to save backups. We cannot recover your data if you uninstall — there is no backup system.
Subscription and Payments
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store any payment details.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13.
