You refer your client to us to buy or sale a property. We handle the whole transaction and when closed you will receive 30% commission

When buyer is looking for a pre-construction, new construction property and we do the whole work, you will get 50% commission.

When buyer is looking for a pre-construction, new construction property and you do the work, including finding the property, driving the customer around, taking care of the contract and the whole process,  you will get 70% commission.

YOU are the buyer and looking for a pre-construction, new construction property for yourself and your family, and you do the work, including finding the property, driving around, taking care of the contract and the whole process,  you will get 90% commission.
