What we do

The Budget and Finance Committee oversees the creation of the annual budget, accounts for spending, controls contract bids, and works with the Executive Director to achieve the Academy's long-term financial goals. Our Committee is responsible for ensuring adequate internal controls over spending, overseeing the fund balance, and communicating financial data to stakeholders. Our regular work product includes the budget, monthly financial and supplemental reports, and policy and audit review.
