Rates

Service Fees:

Individual Therapy ($190 per 53-minute session)

Relational Therapy ($210 per 53-minute session)

Sliding scale for cash pay is available for those in need, when slots are available. Currently, I have 3 sliding scale slots available.

Insurance:

I am currently in network with Aetna, Providence, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I will be in network with Pacific Source Commercial as of 1/1/26.

If I do not currently accept your insurance, my services are billed at the out-of-pocket cost. I can provide a Super Bill for services rendered as an out of network (OON) provider for you to submit to your insurance carrier to seek reimbursement.

Clients are ultimately responsible for uploading the superbills to their insurance providers. You may be able to receive partial reimbursement for the services provided, and can inquire with your insurance company about their typical reimbursement rates for out of network providers before initiating services to ensure this is a feasible option.

Good Faith Estimate

If you are paying for your services out of pocket, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for your mental health care. For questions or more information about Good Faith Estimates, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Cancellation Policy

I require 24-hour notice of cancellation or reschedule. After an initial/one time 'freebie', clients fee will be charged the full session fee to the credit card on file if you do not attend our scheduled appointment, or cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours notice, unless there are extenuating or emergency circumstances.
