Riley and I flew to South Carolina and stayed with my niece who helped to train our new puppy "Toothless."
Dear Families,
I’m excited to welcome you and your child to our classroom! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a little about my background.
I’ve been teaching since 2000 and feel incredibly fortunate to have spent my career working with young learners. I earned my Master’s degree in Education from the University of New Hampshire, and over the years, I’ve taught a range of grade levels. I spent three wonderful years teaching Kindergarten in Nottingham, where I gained a strong foundation in early childhood education.
I taught 3rd and 4th grade at Auburn Village School for 20 years. This is my second year teaching third grade here in Nottingham, and I absolutely love it. Third grade is such an exciting year full of growth, curiosity, and increasing independence. I’m passionate about creating a classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
I’m looking forward to a fantastic year together. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or just to say hello. I value open communication and believe that a strong partnership between home and school is key to your child’s success.
Warmly,
Kristen
