Welcome to second grade!!  I look forward to working with you during the

upcoming school year.

The following is a list of supplies that your child will need throughout the year in Second Grade.    Everyone must bring these supplies on the first day of school.

1 container of cleaning wipes

1 box of tissues

1 roll of paper towels

1 ruler (with inches and centimeters)

1 small index card file box

Index cards (for vocabulary words throughout the school year)

1 large shirt for painting

2 pencil cases (1 pouch for pencils and erasers, 1 for art supplies)

1 bottle of glue and 1 glue stick

1 box of crayons (24 pack)

 1 pack of markers (10 pack, only)

dry erase marker for white board

 1 black sharpie marker

1 pair of safety scissors

1 schoolbag

1 basic calculator

4 sharpened pencils with erasers each day

Clear contact paper to cover workbooks and copybooks
