TAKE HOME FOLDER:
Each student will be provided a plastic TAKE HOME FOLDER to transfer hard copies of information, homework, completed classwork, and any other important paperwork that comes home. Please keep this folder in your child's bag at all times and empty it regularly. If you need to send something into school for Mrs. W. or the office, please place it in an envelope with your child's first and last name on it.

WEEKLY HOMEWORK

Kindergarten Homework Folder:
Homework will be given on MONDAY and WEDNESDAY each week. Homework will be due on TUESDAY and THURSDAY each week. All homework will be sent home as a hard copy in our 'Take Home Folders', but homework pages will also be uploaded here as well for you to see and print if needed.

Kindergarten Read Aloud Challenge!
Each month children will bring home a hard copy paper in their 'Take Home Folder" for family reading time. Please find time to read to your little one and encourage them to pick out commonly used sight words/follow along with your finger as you read. Fill out the form each time you read together. Read Aloud papers will be due on the last FRIDAY of the month, and those children who fill out their whole page will receive a special READING REWARD!

Throughout the year we are happy to welcome 'special guests' (parents, guardians, and grandparents) to bring their talents into our class! Some fun topics include: Guest Read Aloud, Career Day, Special Skill or Talent etc. If you'd be interested in being a part of our Kindergarten year, please fill out the google form linked to the picture here and we will set up a time to have you join us!
