By placing a bid in our online auction, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below.
1) About the Auction
This is an online auction organized by Not Defined By FND (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Each auction time slot (morning/afternoon/evening) is a separate auction and will have its own winner.
All auction proceeds directly support Not Defined by FND's charitable mission and programs as a registered nonprofit organisation.
2) Auction Type – “With Reserve”
This auction is conducted with reserve (under UCC §2-328).
That means we may withdraw the tickets or cancel an auction session at any time before it closes, including for technical issues, errors, or other unexpected circumstances.
3) Who Can Bid
Bidders must be 18 years or older, or bidding with the consent and supervision of a parent/guardian.
You are responsible for any bids placed using your account or device.
4) Winner Selection
The winner is the person with the highest valid bid at the time the auction closes, subject to verification.
If there is a tie or unusual bid issue, we will resolve it fairly (for example, by extending bidding, using the earliest timestamped bid, offering a rebid, or another reasonable method).
5) Bids & Bid Withdrawal
Please bid carefully. Online bids can be difficult to reverse.
Bid withdrawal/retraction is only allowed if permitted by the auction platform and applicable law.
6) Payment
Winners must complete payment within the time stated on the auction platform.
If payment is not completed on time, we may cancel the winning bid and:
offer the tickets to the next highest bidder, or re-run the auction.
7) Ticket Delivery
Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the winning bidder.
Tickets are typically delivered within 24 hours after the auction session ends, once payment is confirmed.
8) All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except where required by law.
9) Venue & Event Rules
Tickets are subject to any terms set by the team, venue, or ticket provider.
We are not responsible for:
venue policy changes,
opponent/time changes,
event cancellations or rescheduling by the venue/team.
10) Fair Play & Organizer Discretion
To protect fairness and the integrity of the auction, we may:
reject or remove bids (for example, suspected fraud or obvious errors),
correct listing mistakes,
extend, pause, or cancel an auction session due to platform issues or unexpected events.
11) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to auction participation.
If we are found liable for any reason, our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the bidder.
