Curriculum Cycle
Wheeler High School/ Middle School has been working on curriculum documents since 2015. We need to continually reevaluate and assess our educational approach.
By following a cyclical model for existing and new curriculum, we are able to be responsive to all stakeholders. As the curriculum is rewritten to follow the new template and revision cycle, it will be posted.
These rubrics are used to assess student skills in: Analysis, Collaboration, Communication and Literacy across disciplines. These are embedded into curriculum documents, daily instruction and assessment. These expectations are reflected in our Vision of the Graduate
This rubric is used to assess the ways in which Wheeler students demonstrate: Respect, Responsibility, and Resilience. These Social Civic Expectations are a portion of our Vision of the Graduate and represent the ideals we hope all Wheeler students work toward from grades 7-12
