Participating students, if there is a family member that significantly helped you during your project, please submit a short survey detailing who they are and how they helped you get it done. A winner will be chosen and awarded the Science Fair Family Award, so please nominate one person so we can show our appreciation.
Want to show your support for Science Fair? Order your T-Shirts here!! Student contestants will receive one for participating in this year's science fair free of charge and do not need to fill out this form. All other purchased shirts will provide prize money for our winners and student artists!
