Norwood CFCE is a state-funded grant awarded to the Town of Norwood by the Mass Department of Early Education and Care. All CFCE programs are free of charge and focus on Norwood children from birth to age five years. We promote parent education, family engagement, and early literacy. Most of our programs are held at the Poirier Village Center on Roosevelt Ave.
