As some of you know we no longer have EAP services available. Self-care is so important. Our insurance does cover some portion of counseling sessions and you can call the Member Customer Care Center 1-888-687-6277 to find out what counselors are in the MVP network.
In addition, there is an option of talking to a counselor via Telemedicine and due to COVID the copay for Telemed counseling is currently being waved. It is recommended that if you are going to use the Telemedicine counseling that you call Customer Care to confirm that the copay is still being waved before your visit.
