Hello Norwayne Families! I have got the google forms up and running and it will save a lot of steps and make things a lot easier. Thank you for all the submissions! Please don't stress, if you are having any problems or questions please email me. I will continue to update this website with new ideas to keep you moving. I will be available from 8-10 every morning and will be checking email regularly throughout the day after that. Bear with me as I am learning as I go (like a lot of us are). I have also added some great workout ideas on the other pages of this website.
