College/Career Planning Information 

Counselor work with a web-based Career/College Planning and Advising Tool called Naviance Student. Students have been working in Naviance since Middle school and should have a user name and password in place. Naviance Family connection can be accessed through the following web site. http://connection.naviance.com/mcmahon.

Each Junior at BMHS receives Post High School Planning information during an individual Course Selection/ College Planning meeting with their counselor. Seniors should return to school in September having completed a college list and the senior survey for Counselor Recommendation in Naviance. 

Seniors should set up a Common Application account after August 1st and review the college essay topics on Common App.

Seniors must link their Naviance and Common Application accounts. Instructions on how to link your accounts can be found on your Naviance homepage once you sign on and you can watch this instructional video: Linking Commonn App to Naviance
