In studying the birth of our country, The United states of America, our first grade students learned about how we declared independence, the Boston Tea Party, and Paul Revere's ride. After engaging in these lessons, groups of first grade students were presented with the following driving question;

"How can we show and share what we know of how the colonies became an independent nation?"

prepare to be blown away by their responses to this question, and their retelling of these events. Students exemplified their understanding through a variety of arts, media, and performances. enjoy their show case below!
