Access a website or application that is blocked?
Make sure your device is updated. This needs to be done regularly.
Close all windows/applications and restart your computer.
Remove any Chrome extensions that were not installed or approved by Norwalk Public Schools. These often cause security filters to trigger a block on a website that may not appear to be problematic.
If the issue persists, get in contact with the tech staff to look at the device and attempt to solve the problem. We may need to install new software on your device.
