Fifth grade- 2018-2019
How can we create a media center that best suites the needs of the students at Kendall Elementary School?
Students designed a renovation proposal for the school’s library media center. Fifth graders will created survey questions to get the opinions and input from 4th grade peers. Using iPads, they created a blueprint and 3D Augmented reality model of the renovated space. Students calculated and determined budget cost of the renovation and present their proposal in front of a panel of school representatives and school governance council members, Kendall School PTA and Norwalk board of education executives, including superintendent Dr. Steven Adamowski.
