Meet Your Teacher

Hi! My name is Miss Southam and I’m so excited to be your child’s teacher this year!

After earning my initial degree in Elementary and Special Education, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching second, third, fourth, and fifth grade students for the past decade across three states. I have also earned my Reading Endorsement and my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I am passionate about teaching and love learning new strategies to engage my students!

Outside of school, I love spending time with my nieces and nephews, playing with my puppy (Harbor), being outdoors, reading, and baking.
