The primary goal in Technology & Engineering labs is to create the best possible atmosphere for learning. Although the facilities and the equipment are excellent, the most important part of this class is the student. The student's attitude and behavior will help determine the effectiveness of this program. The student is responsible for his/her actions and reactions to the instructor and other students. In order to make this an enjoyable, safe learning experience for all students, the following rules and procedures have been implemented our labs.

Our number one concern in the lab is everyone's SAFETY

  • Enter the room and sit at one of the tables. Do not walk around the labs.

  • All students must bring a pencil

  • Don't play with the vices on the tables

  • Don't touch any of the power equipment without permission

  • Do not bring bags into the work area, leave them in the hall

  • Any fooling around will end with a session or office referral

  • Sit on the stools properly or stand (It’s very dangerous to lean back on stools)

  • If you are not sure about something ask questions.
