I've enjoyed studying History all of my life and decided to choose it as a career path while in college. I received my Bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Secondary Education from Bridgewater State College. During my first few years of teaching, I earned my Master's degree in American Studies at UMASS Boston. In addition to teaching History classes, I advise Student Council, GSA, and Female Empowerment Club.
Besides my love of History, I enjoy spending time with my husband, my two daughters, my bunny named Buddy, my 2 dogs named Jasper and Stella, and my bird named Izzy. My favorite activity is travelling. My travels have taken me all around the United States and the globe. I believe the best way to learn or teach about an event or place is to visit it!
