Information

I am including all of the information we have so far so you can have it all in one place.

The trip is May 16th and 17th, one night and two days.

The total cost of the trip per student is $285. The first non-refundable deposit of $150 is due today (or by the end of the week). The second deposit of $135 is due February 16th. The second deposit may be less for your student if they sold calendar raffle tickets. I will let you know. Please make checks payable to Northwood School.

Financial assistance is available case-by-case; please get in touch with Ms. Young directly for information.

Students and parents will be required to sign a behavior contract in January to acknowledge the importance of the trip and the expectations for attending the trip.

Students will stay 4 to a room. They will choose their room assignments in February. We will do our best to accommodate first choices for room assignments, but we cannot guarantee room assignments.

The tour company we are working with is Edu Trips, WWW.EDUTRIPS.COM
