About Us
The North Warren Central School Music department is a continuously evolving creative entity that encompasses a breadth of musical involvement including:
5th & 6th Grade Band & Lessons
7th-8th Grade Junior Chorus

Mr. Baker and Mr. Peryer are in charge of all of the musical activities in middle school and high school. Below you will find specific links classes which will provide information for Parents and Students throughout the year.

This page will give all up to date information regarding CASMA festivals. CASMA is an all county program that NWCS participates in at all grade levels. The goal behind this organization is to give our students more opportunities to perform with musicians from neighboring districts as well as give them more authentic performing ensembles. All information regarding the current school year's festival will be available at the link above.
New York State School Music Association(NYSSMA) is the organization that most state music ensembles and programs run through. NYSSMA is in charge of organizing solo festivals, major organizations, as well as Area All States, conference all state, and is New York's representation in larger ensembles such as All Eastern or All National. Information regarding all things NYSSMA will be available at the link above.

Field Trips are an opportunity for our musicians to perform outside of our local community and to hear other student ensembles from around the state and possibly the country! We will also gain valuable feedback from professional musicians currently active in the band, choral, and orchestral world. All information regarding any Music Department field trips will be here and will include date/time, payments, and any other information that is necessary for us to have a fun field trip!
