I was born and raised in Tangipahoa Parish where I continue to reside and work. I am a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University where I obtained a Master's of Education in Community Counseling, a Bachelor's of Art in Social Work, and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice. My career began in 1999 as a Victims' Advocate with the 21st Judicial District Attorney's Tri-Parish Victims' Assistance Program, working with survivors and victims of crime. In addition, I have worked with a Domestic Violence program and contracted with Children Advocacy Services providing services to survivors of crime. I became Licensed as a Professional Counselor in 2008. In 2009 to date, I began working directly with children providing counseling services. My experience includes working as a Behavior Interventionist, School Based Therapist, Therapist in a group home setting, and working in the community setting.
North Tangi Counseling Services opened in 2012 and has been providing services to the community since that time.
