The Hub is a one-stop-shop for all materials and resources related to APS' Black and Latino Male Leadership initiative, and the building of an Equity Centered Leadership Pipeline. The goal of this site is to transparently share our progress with APS staff and stakeholders as we work to collectively re-vision APS' leadership pipeline and systems through an equity lens.

The site is organized around our key workstreams - Guiding Team Meetings, Defining Excellence, Leadership Development, and Leader Tracking.
