Ariana Dembro
Ariana joined the PASS Program as Program Director in 2022. She earned in BA in Psychology from Nichols College in 2018 and her M.Ed from Cambridge College in 2020. Ariana has been providing support to children and their families in varying capacities. Through this work, she has found a passion in working with adolescents and helping them develop their own skills to grow. Ariana believes that in a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment, students will find the power to grow and succeed.

Siddi Kallon, LMHC
Siddi Kallon is the LMHC clinician for the PASS Program beginning in March of 2022. Siddi has been working with adolescents and families in many different settings since 2018. Siddi earned his Substance Use certificate from Bridgewater State University and specializes in A-CRA training. He enjoys working with teenagers, especially in the area of mental health and substance use.

Faith Brock
Faith is a recovery coach through Essex County Outreach and has been working at Pass providing recovery support since August 2024. Faith has been mentoring and providing recovery support from substance use and mental health to adolescents since 2019. She has a passion to give back and show people that they are worth the fight by bringing support, compassion, and resources.

Greg Morales-Jones
Greg is JRI's first Senior Therapeutic Mentor and brings a strengths-based approach to interacting with teens at PASS. He started with JRI in the summer of 2012 and brought his knowledge to PASS in the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year. Greg has worked with various therapeutic groups in the past - involving mindfulness, creative thinking, and self-care groups.
