Order your 2025-26 TK-5th Grade Yearbook Today!

Pre-order online: Yearbooks are $30 each, and Love Lines are $5 each (up to 250 characters). Yearbooks will be shipped to the school and distributed to your student's Homeroom Teacher in mid-May.

Step-by-Step Online Ordering Instructions

STEP 1: Click on the button below to go to the Online Order Portal. Use Memory Book School Code: 192166M

Go to Yearbook Order

STEP 2: Once on the Login Page, register as a "New User."

STEP 3: Create a NEW USER account and enter Northrup School Code: 192166M

STEP 4: After you create the account, it will redirect you to the Northrup Elementary page - click on the ORDER NOW button to order the Standard Yearbook.

STEP 5: In the details, indicate the number of yearbooks that you want to order for a student and then enter the student's information. After adding the student's information, click on "Add/Update Cart" to add the student's order to your shopping cart.

STEP 6: Review the shopping cart. If you want to purchase yearbooks for additional students or write a Love Line, click on "Continue Shopping" to add a book for another student. When finished adding books to your cart, click "Check Out."

The vendor is charging a $2.99 service fee per online transaction, regardless of the number of books ordered.

STEP 7: If you would like to write a Love Line, please click Order Now for Love Lines.

STEP 8: In the details, enter your Love Line message and then enter the student's information. After adding the student's information, click on "Add/Update Cart" to add the Love Line order to your shopping cart.

STEP 9: Enter your contact information. Although it gives you the option to enter a SHIPPING address, we will not directly ship the yearbook to you. In mid-May, pre-ordered yearbooks will be delivered to your student's Homeroom Teacher for distribution.

STEP 10: Review your order and total charges. If correct, please click "I agree to Terms of Use" and Continue Check Out.

STEP 11: Review all details and then enter your payment information, then click Submit Order.

STEP 12: If your order is successfully submitted, it will display your ORDER DETAILS, and an ORDER CONFIRMATION email will also be sent to you from Yearbook Sales (yearbook@memorybook.com). Thank you for your order!

You may also log back into the Memory Book Order website to view order details and invoice(s).
