In Google Docs, click Tools > Voice typing.

How do I remove or disable an extension?
Steps:
In the top right corner of your browser, click on the puzzle piece.
Click Manage Extensions at the bottom of the drop down.
Use the toggle to turn off the extension, but keep it on your Chrome.
Click Remove to remove the extension from your Chrome.

To bookmark all bookmarks in one window, press Ctrl + Shift + D to create a bookmark folder. Then, type the name of the folder and select a location for the folder.

Search for Snipping Tool in the search bar in the bottom left of your screen. Once open, you can pin this to your taskbar by right-clicking on the icon. When you're ready, click Mode and New. Check out the Delay feature to give yourself extra time to set up your screen before the snip is take.
If you are seeing your windows on one screen and a blue background on the other, you'll need to change the display. Open display options in desktop settings and select Duplicate these displays. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Windows logo + Shift + P and select Duplicate screen.

Option 1: While in a chrome browser, click on the 3 dots in the top right corner. Then, select Cast and choose the board's name. Use the Source drop down menu to choose if you'd like to display the entire screen, a tab, or a window. If Confirm Before Mirroring is turned on on the board, you'll need to accept it before you can display your screen.
Option 2: Download the InstaShare app from the Chrome Web store. Open the app, name your device, and select which board you'd like to cast to. There will be 2 option - Screen Mirror and Start Casting. Mirror Screen will display the board on your chromebook. Start Casting will display your chromebook's screen on the board. If Confirm Before Mirroring is turned on on the board, you'll need to accept it before you can display your screen. Watch this video to learn more.
On your board, open the input menu and select InstaShare. Then, open the settings in the bottom corner on the next window. Toggle on Confirm before mirroring. Once on, you will have the choice to accept or deny devices that try to cast to your board. Use these instructions for more guidance.

Teachers: When creating an assignment in Google Classroom, check the "Check Plagiarism (originality)". After an assignment is turned in, you can view the assignment to see the Originality Report.
Students: If Originality reports were turned on, click Run underneath your assignment. You are limited to 3 reports per assignment. Once it is ready, you can view the report to see if there are any flags. Flagged text will be highlighted and web matches will be listed on the right.
If you'd like to continue to edit your slide or move objects during a lesson, it is helpful to display to slide in Fullscreen for the best view. In order to do so, uncheck filmstrip and speaker notes. Then, choose Full screen in the View drop down menu.
On your keyboard hit Ctrl + F. Use the up and down arrows to navigate to each occurrence.
In a Google Doc, use Ctrl + H to find and replace words or phrases.

While viewing all classes, click on the 3 dots in the top right corner or the desired class.

What happens when I archive a class?
Archiving a class causes it to be archived for all participants. It will no longer show up for students or co-teachers to open.
Archived classes can't be modified by teachers or students unless they are restored.
This class will move to your Archived classes. Class files will remain in Google Drive.

Scroll to the bottom and click on Archived classes
Click the 3 dots and choose Restore
Restoring your archived Google Classrooms makes it active again and returns it to the “Classes” menu. All students and co-teachers that were in the class will be able to access it again.
All posts will be available to view and edit in the restored class.
Option 1 (Recommended)
Refer to your old Google Classroom as your "planbook" and reuse posts from it in your new Classroom as they are needed.
In your new/current Google Classroom, go to the Classwork tab and click + Create.
Select Reuse post
Choose the desired Classroom for your list of classes.
Select the needed assignment, question, or material.
Option 2
Copy your old Google Classroom. Copying an archived class allows you to reuse all posts and topics from that old classroom in your new classrooms. Students will not be added to the copied classroom. All posts are created as drafts and can be edited, posted, or removed as you choose.

Scroll to the bottom and click on Archived classes
Find the desired class and click on the 3 dots
Choose Copy
Fill in the necessary information for your new Google Classroom
