All 12th graders will need to provide documentation that they have either received their second dose of the meningitis vaccine or supplied an exemption to the nurse’s office.

FAQs
I don’t remember ordering a cap/gown/tassel for my senior, how do I do that?
Last fall you or your senior filled out a Google Form with their height & weight and name for the diploma - that was to place the order for those items. Seniors that may have missed were tracked down in December and that was done!
Did I pay for the cap/gown/tassel?
If you have paid your fees on Infinite Campus, then yes. Fees are assigned in July, so many people pay them by the August deadline. Graduation fees are NOT covered by school waiver fees, so please check to make sure your senior has a $0 balance!
Will graduation be live-streamed?
While we try to provide streaming for graduation, the link will not be posted until the day of graduation.
How many tickets/seats will be given for each senior?
For 2026, 9 tickets will be issued per senior. Physical tickets assigned to your family will be mailed to your primary address, listed in Infinite Campus, in May. The number of tickets you use is at your discretion. If you have unused tickets, feel free to distribute them to other families. We will not be issuing replacements.
What if I have a family member who needs special accommodations for seating (uses a wheelchair or walker, etc…)
Please email laura.sarchet@northpolk.org if there is a unique need. There is plenty of floor/first row bleacher seating, so those needing to avoid stairs, using wheelchairs, walkers, etc. will be able to do so without special arrangements.

To make a payment:
Log in to the Parent Portal on Infinite Campus, click fees.
Filter by person-choose your senior student's name.
At the bottom of the screen you will click on "optional payments"; you should see a fee called "parent ad".
The amount will be $0 currently. Please click "add to cart".
Then on the right side of the screen, click "my cart".
At this point, you will need to manually change the amount to $30 for the message or $35 for the message and picture.
Once this is complete, you can check out and complete the purchase.
