I have been teaching the following classes at North Linn since Fall of 2007.
Biology is a required class for every sophomore student.
Anatomy and Physiology is an elective geared for students who are going into a health related field or those interested in learning about the human body. This class is mostly memorization of how things work and body structures.
AP Biology is a college level elective for students who love Biology and want to learn more detail about the information covered in sophomore Biology. Chemistry is a prerequisite. The students may choose to take the AP Biology exam in May for college credit but do not have to. You should see Mrs. Wheatley to help prepare for the exam.
Environmental Science is an elective geared for students who struggle in science. Some of the hands-on things we do are recycling and picking up the grounds.
