Future Problem Solving

Future Problem Solving is a multidisciplinary program which teaches students a concrete technique for solving problem. Developed by educational psychology professor Dr. E. Paul Torrance, FPS students research topics that may become increasingly concerning problems of the future and applying a six-step process to help mitigate those problems.

On this website, you will find a number of resources to help students and parents including copies of powerpoints, project assignment sheets, and unit guides. You may subscribe to the FPS calendar clicking on the "+ google calendar" button on the bottom right of the calendar frame.

Note: The calendar displayed below includes a general calendar of events as well as assignments for each of the FPS classes. Not all events will apply to all students.
