North Fulton Anesthesia Associates (NFAA) is a leading anesthesia provider in the Atlanta area specializing in all outpatient multidisciplinary surgeries, and we are always looking to add new members to enhance our group.  

This is a no call, no weekend, no nights, no holiday position. We cover a wide variety of cases including orthopedics, plastics, ENT, general surgery, healthy peds, GI, urology, neurosurgery, GYN, ophthalmology and podiatry.  We are conveniently located between Atlanta proper and the northern suburbs near the intersection of GA 400 / I-285.

This is a competitive salaried, full-time employment (FTE) position paying the equivalent of a 40 hr work week, despite our historical average of 29-34 hours per week.  We have a rotating peck system that allows occasional days off for the highest peck assignments. On average in 2024, anesthetists had an extra 25-30 days of PTO in addition to their scheduled 6 weeks of vacation PTO. 

Our team of 6 MDs and 17 anesthetists (a mix of CAA and CRNA) is a cohesive group, so the ideal candidate should be looking to enjoy the benefits of closer working relationships and our exceptional work/life balance.  We are fortunate to work with great people who value knowing their anesthesia providers on a first-name basis.
