Penalties: Penalty Shot by offended player with the rest as chasers, Offender must leave ice and go to back of bench for remainder of shift.
3 Penalties to one player in 1 game will result in an ejection. That player's shift plays -1 player for the rest of the game. Multiple game ejections for 1 player = tournament ejection, no refund.
A misconduct / perceived intent to injure or anything of the like = tournament ejection, no refund.
Offsides: When play is offside, ref will call it and blow whistle, offending team must surrender puck and clear zone before re-engaging. Defending team can play puck as soon as they get possession from inside their blue line.
U9 - No Offsides
U11 - No Offsides
U13 to U18 - Floating blue line rule (once puck gains the blue line, the offensive zone extends to center ice)
Goals: Scoring team must have all players be clear of their own side of the center ice red line at the same time before re-engaging in offensive end of center ice.
Goalie Save & Cover: All offensive players must be clear of the blue line at the same time before re-engaging.
Puck Out of Play: If puck hits netting and returns to ice, continue play or follow ref's whistle if blown. If puck leaves surface, ref will throw a new puck to the side of the ice they believe the rightful team should have it (follows where a faceoff would be ie. in/out of zone) other players clear zone and reset.
Maximum 7 goal differential per game for the purpose of showing on the score clock and in the standings.
Round Robin tie-breaker = Differential, Least Penalties, Goals For
Medal Game tie-breaker = All Player Shootout
