Curriculum & Instruction
Northern Highlands Regional High School offers a rich and comprehensive academic program that evolves to meet the needs, interests, and aspirations of our students. Through challenging coursework and meaningful learning experiences, we support students’ intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth while preparing them for college, careers, and life beyond high school.
Our school community is grounded in respect, resilience, integrity, and kindness. These values guide how we learn, interact, and respond to challenges. We encourage students to consider different perspectives, persevere through setbacks, take responsibility for their choices, and treat others with care.
Across disciplines, our faculty helps students become critical thinkers, independent learners, collaborative partners, and thoughtful risk-takers. Students have opportunities to deepen their knowledge, discover new interests, and apply their learning in ways that build creativity, confidence, and sound judgment.
The strength of Northern Highlands rests on the partnership among students, families, educators, and our surrounding communities. By pairing high expectations with individual support, we help each student grow, contribute to our school community, and prepare for the opportunities ahead.
