1. Phase III of the Riverfront Development
This is a private development on the south side of High St. that will stretch from Sherman almost to Wells! It will be done in 2 phases, totaling 240,000 sq. ft. of new office space and 669 apartments. This is a $150 million development. The renderings in the article look incredible, and this will draw anchor tenants and multiple businesses to the area. Demolition has been completed on multiple homes on High St. to prepare the site, but utility and infrastructure work is not expected to begin until late 2025.

5. Treeline District
The former Pepsi facility has been leveled in favor of a transformative mixed-use project that will include 250 apartments, 7500 square feet of retail space, and a public parking garage. There will be outside dining and additional park space, which will connect to the Treetop Trail and Promenade Park.
